Privacy Notice

Script Break is a pre-production suite for the Indian film industry, launching by invitation around Diwali 2026. This notice covers the only personal data we collect right now: what you give us when you join the waitlist.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect the first name and email address you enter in the form — nothing else.
Bot protection
To keep automated bots off the waitlist form, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. To run this check, Cloudflare may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) on our behalf, only to tell humans from bots. This is described in Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Why we collect it
Solely to keep you on the waitlist and to email you when early access opens. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone, and we don’t use them for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details for up to 24 months from the day you join, then delete them. If you accept an invite and create an account, your account data is covered by a separate notice at that time.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — and to withdraw your consent. We’ll action deletion and withdrawal requests promptly.
Where it’s stored
Your details are stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase) under their security controls. We use PostHog to understand, in aggregate, how this page is used.
